I love this school. I enjoyed the winter performance that was performed outside with holiday lights, trees and even snow. This was the best performance I have ever seen. The color guard, the drama skits, and the students singing ... it was a magical night!

My children have been students at Destiny Community School for the past two years. This school has helped build my children's character, self-esteem and raise their level of academics. The students are rewarded for their achievements. Students on the "Honor Roll" have a special breakfast with the principal, My daughter advanced in math to the GOLD book with the help of Mr. Humay who has taught her every math fact possible. My son who is in second grade was excited to join choir and perform his first ever solo. He loves all subjects and is reading through chapter books like they are going out of style. The teachers are helpful and here to ensure each student succeeds. This school is the best!

My child has been at this school for three years and now, and I can honestly say, the growth in community and leadership has grown. The music teacher is someone who has tremendously improved the music program is full of charisma and is an amazing leader. We're so blessed to be a part of this community . The teachers are helpful and have really stepped up within the last couple of years. Keep up the awesome work!

I pulled my son out of Highland Junior High, which is being run like a military boot camp...children are not shown an ounce of respect, bullying is allowed, and it was a horrible environment....since my son has been in Destiny Community School, he has transformed into a responsible, respectful young man..he wants to succeed!..Mr. Humay, the 7-8th grade teacher is the most amazing teacher I have ever come across in my life!...he, along with the entire staff at Destiny, are committed to the children not the system...I would recommend every parent experience the Destiny way of teaching our children how to learn and succeed!

Great school! my daughter was going to Islands and we had to pull her due to too many inconsistancies. she was falling behind on her reading, and coming home from school upset everyday! since she started at destiny, she has been a much happier child! every single staff member i have met is so nice, the kids are alot more down to earth, and they even work on her homework with her during the after school care! they have a garden that the children get to participate in and also have uniforms mon-thurs. i would recommend this school to anyone!!!!
